Our Experience
With over 30 years of working with women and young ladies in ministry, Mia Griggs has established an organization to help motivate, empower, and develop the natural gifts, abilities, and desires within women and young ladies. She is the founder of Destined 2 B U, an ordained minister, teacher, Pastor's wife, mother, entrepreneur, early childhood educator, author, blogger, worshiper, songwriter and speaker. She is family oriented, fun, loving, nurturing and giving. Her mandate in ministry is finding the hidden person within and motivating them to walk in purpose and destiny. Her passion is for people to fulfill God's design for their lives and for women to live as ladies. She believes that networking is valuable and one person doesn't know everything. She has a wealth of information with collaborate partners and experts in business, ministry, and coaching; and is looking forward to sharing and connecting resources to help women and young ladies rise.
